- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

- Items must include all original components, such as accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquids, disposable vapes, or drip tips unless the item is defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used e-liquids.
- Disposable vape products.
- Clearance or sale items (marked as final sale).
- Gift cards.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for a replacement or refund.
To process your request, we’ll need:
- A description of the issue.
- Photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
- The original packaging (if applicable).
Once approved, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return request, follow these steps:
